Rich pâté full of the goodness of oily fish.
Ingredients:
- 2 smoked mackerel fillets (without skin)
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 50 g unsalted butter (or margarine)
Instructions:
Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
TIP: Use margarine for a softer result.
