Mackerel Pâté

Standard

Rich pâté full of the goodness of oily fish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 smoked mackerel fillets (without skin)
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 50 g unsalted butter (or margarine)

Instructions:

Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth.

Eat with crusty bread.

TIP: Use margarine for a softer result.
